 Wastewater often contains many valuable substances, such as metals, phosphorus or dissolved organic substances as the basis for biogas. Make better use of them – with REMONDIS Aqua.

Wastewater is produced by almost every company. In most cases, it must be pre-treated to remove any dangerous constituents. There are standard solutions for many different wastewater treatment tasks. Wherever these are lacking, however, we follow new avenues – after all, one of our most important areas of expertise is our innovation potential.

 

For example, we recover recyclable materials such as phosphates from wastewater so that it can be used beneficially as fertiliser. Or we convert dissolved, organic contaminants into biogas, which we either use directly as fuel or convert further into electricity. This is resource conservation that cuts costs, because the power generated can often be used to cover in-house needs.
