The project
REMONDIS Aqua’s task at the Ranjangaon site in Pune, India, is to optimize and operate a complex facility for treating highly contaminated production wastewater. Paint particles, coolants, fats and oils, which get into the water as a result of the processes used to produce automotive components, are carefully separated from one another.
The procedure
The multi-stage facility used at Ranjangaon involves chemical-physical and biological treatment processes including an initial process to remove oil.
